Service Description

The "Spring Into Self Acceptance" 12 week transformation coaching program, led by Chelsey, offers participants a unique opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. Through a combination of personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching calls, and exploration of various movement modalities, this program is designed to help individuals embrace and celebrate their true selves. During the program, participants will be guided through a transformative process that focuses on the importance of self-acceptance. This process encourages individuals to let go of self-doubt and negative self-perceptions, and instead, learn to fully accept themselves as they are. By doing so, participants can experience a multitude of benefits, including increased self-esteem, improved mental and emotional well-being, and enhanced resilience. The "Spring Into Self Acceptance" program places a strong emphasis on setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. Through this journey, participants will discover the joy of setting boundaries that honor their own needs and well-being. This newfound sense of empowerment can lead to a greater sense of agency and control in one's personal and professional life. Another key focus of the program is the reduction of stress and anxiety. Through targeted coaching and support, participants will gain valuable tools and techniques to navigate through life's challenges with greater ease. The program aims to provide individuals with the resources they need to effectively manage stress and anxiety, leading to an overall improvement in mental and emotional wellness. The supportive environment of the program allows participants to connect with others who are also on the path to self-acceptance. Group coaching calls offer the opportunity for shared experiences, mutual support, and valuable insights from fellow participants. Cancellation Policy

Tickets purchased for all Debbs&Flow offerings are non-refundable, except in the case of cancelation. Postponement is not considered cancelation, and Debbs&Flow will honor any tickets purchased for any event that has been postponed to a later date. If the purchasers are unable to attend an event, in most cases, Debbs&Flow will honor entrance to other ticketed events of equal or lesser value.
