DRIPP is a breath based movements practice designed to teach and utilize the skills of breath-work, self massage, and movement as somatic embodiment tools to regulate the nervous system, create safety and connection in the body, and prime the mind/body/soul for deep healing and awareness. Side effects can be more love, joy, pleasure, freedom, and peace.

Whether your queer, gay, bi, pan or anything in between, having a safe space to fully express yourself, accept yourself, AND celebrate yourself, is IMPERATIVE to making this life more joyful and this world more beautiful!
June DRIPP with PRIDE is open to all genders and orientations. DRIPP is designed for all levels and welcomes respectful and consensual humans excited to explore their divine feminine energy and expression.
We will begin promptly at 3 with an opening circle. Giving everyone an opportunity to speak their truth, open their hearts and minds to the experience, and settle into the practice.
We of course begin our DRIPP practice with grounding breathwork and soothing self massage, to further ease you into the natural rhythm and flow of the Divine Feminine within you.
From there we will dive into a Fiery FIERCE movement practice that will allow you to get hype, turn up, and twerk out!!! Be prepared to sweat and groove!
