Welcome to DRIPP! You are invited to celebrate yourself with 75 minutes of breathwork, self-massage, and sensual movement. DRIPP stands for Daily Rapture, Inner Peace, and Pleasure Practice- a breath-based movement practice designed to teach and utilize the skills of breath-work, self-massage, and movement as somatic embodiment tools to regulate the nervous system, create safety and connection in the body, and prime the mind/body/soul for deep healing and awareness. Side effects can be more love, joy, pleasure, freedom, and peace!!

DRIPP classes or workshops are safe spaces we create to learn and practice the skills and tools to develop our own personal practices. We explore the lightning pathway to healing and personal power by embracing our sexuality and sensuality. This personal practice then becomes a mindset and lifestyle.
